Spring Hike in Sihlbrugg, Switzerland
For me, the best place to witness the seasons unfold is in the forest. It begins from the roots up. As the snow thaws, you can see fresh shoots spring to life. Then as you go higher, birds sing from the canopies and blossoms sprout from the trees. All craving the soft spring sun.
I combined a series of trails to explore the forests in the neighbouring hills and hiked from Sihlbrugg Dorf back to Baar.
